1： Requirements for the use of a new small leather punching machine:

A small leather punching machine should have a 220V power source socket;

There should be a compressed air source with a pressure not less than 5 kilograms per centimeter per square meter. (Due to transportation reasons, this machine is not equipped with a 2HP air compressor and needs to be provided by the customer. If the customer really needs it, our factory can configure it on their behalf, and the cost will be charged separately.)

2： New operation of small leather punching machine:

First, connect the air inlet to compressed air. The air outlet is used to discharge waste and debris (cannot be connected incorrectly);

Manually operate the belt pulley on the side of the machine to separate the punch pin from the needle plate;

First, lay a layer of cardboard up to the glue stick. (The glue stick can be gently pulled vertically upwards to facilitate the insertion of cardboard);

Lay the leather on top and stick it with adhesive tape for punching holes;

Lay a thin plastic film (0.025mm thick PE film) on top and stick it with adhesive tape.
